Before you order
Which payment methods can I use?
Alipay. Prices are in US dollars; your payment app may show the equivalent amount in your local currency before you confirm.
How is a single file priced?
$10 per MB of file size. Files under 1 MB are charged as 1 MB, so a 0.5 MB file costs $10 and a 3 MB file costs $30. You see the price as soon as you choose your file at checkout.
When does my project start?
Within 1 business day after payment, your project manager emails you to confirm your target market, audience and content. Delivery time is counted from that confirmation.
Will authorities accept your certified translations?
We prepare certified translations in the format immigration, notarization and visa offices usually ask for. Requirements differ by country and office, so check with the office receiving your documents; we will follow any instructions they give you.
Can I get my translation faster?
Yes. Express translation is available, with delivery in as little as 24 hours depending on length and language. Email us before ordering and we will confirm the time and any extra fee.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel before we start work, and a partial refund for the unfinished part while work is in progress. See the Payment Terms for details.
Is my content kept confidential?
Yes. Only the people working on your order can access your files, everyone signs a confidentiality agreement, and project files are deleted 90 days after delivery.
Do you translate into Chinese as well?
Yes. Most projects go from Chinese into other languages, but we also translate English and other languages into Simplified or Traditional Chinese for the same prices.
